River pebble crusher

Introduction to river pebble crushing

The main chemical composition of river pebble is silicon dioxide, followed by a small amount of iron oxide and trace elements and compounds such as manganese, copper, aluminum and magnesium. It is a silicate mineral with hard texture, wear resistance and stable chemical properties. River egg sand is an important industrial mineral raw material.

It is widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, high-grade highways, highways, high-speed railways, passenger dedicated lines, bridges, airport runways, municipal engineering, high-rise buildings, sand production and stone shaping. Sand from river pebble is also widely used as aggregate for concrete. The river pebble resources are rich, the collection cost is relatively low, and the application value is high

River pebble processing technology

River pebble processing usually requires coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing and sand washing steps.

The specific process is: the vibrating feeder uniformly transports the river pebbles to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed river pebbles are transported to the cone crusher through a conveyor belt for intermediate crushing, and the medium-sized river pebbles are processed through a vibrating screen. After screening, the materials that meet the requirements are sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and sand making, and the materials that do not meet the requirements are returned to the cone crusher to continue crushing. In the sand making machine, the river egg sand finely crushed and formed by the sand making machine is cleaned and removed. Clean river egg sand is the finished sand we want to get.

Production advantage
1. Uniform discharge, better granularity

2. Intelligent control, smooth operation

3. High crushing rate and considerable output

4. Wide application, environmental protection and energy saving
